The Implementation of Distributive Justice in Allocating Efficiency Gains Generated by Technology
Keywords:
Distributive justice, profit sharing, efficiency improvement, technology, resource allocation, justice principles, organizational managementAbstract
The application of technology across various sectors has produced significant efficiency improvements, which in turn generate greater economic benefits for organizations. The gains derived from these efficiency improvements become assets that must be allocated appropriately to all parties contributing to their creation. However, in practice, the distribution of such gains often leads to disputes and dissatisfaction due to perceptions of unfairness. This study aims to analyze the application of distributive justice principles in allocating efficiency gains generated by technology and to identify factors influencing the success of its implementation. The method employed is a literature review that examines relevant scholarly sources. The findings indicate that distributive justice can be achieved when the allocation of gains is based on clear and objective principles that consider both the contributions and needs of all parties involved. The main conclusion of this study is that the success of distributive justice implementation depends heavily on transparency in decision-making processes and effective communication among stakeholders. This study contributes to the development of organizational management theory and provides practical guidance for organizations in creating fair and sustainable systems for distributing efficiency gains.
