Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to work practices and interaction patterns within organizations. The application of such technologies aims to enhance productivity and efficiency, yet it also generates new forms of work pressure for employees. These pressures are associated with demands to remain constantly connected, complete tasks within short timeframes, and adapt to rapidly changing systems. Such conditions have the potential to cause mental health issues that affect employee well-being and performance. This study seeks to analyze the forms of corporate responsibility toward employee mental health amid digital productivity pressures and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The method employed is a literature review that examines relevant scholarly sources. The findings indicate that corporate responsibility can be realized through clear policies, the provision of supportive work environments, and programs designed to protect and enhance employee mental well-being. The main conclusion of this study is that the success of fulfilling this responsibility depends largely on management commitment and the involvement of all organizational stakeholders. This study contributes to the development of human resource management theory and provides practical guidance for companies in creating healthy and productive work environment.
