This research discusses the influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention in an outsourcing service company in Surabaya City. A high level of turnover intention can lead to instability and uncertainty in the company's human resources. The population in this study were 73 employees. All employees were made respondents so using the Total Sampling technique. The results showed that transformational leadership has a significant role in reducing employee turnover intention. In addition, the level of organizational commitment also contributes significantly to reducing turnover intention. Leaders who are able to inspire, motivate, and develop subordinates can create a positive work environment, minimize the desire to leave the organization, and increase productivity. Employees who feel attached, loyal, and dedicated to the organization tend to have a lower desire to leave the company.
