Social entrepreneurship has increasingly been recognized as an organizational model that provides solutions to various social problems faced by communities while simultaneously maintaining business sustainability through economic activities. This model distinguishes itself from conventional business organizations and traditional social organizations because it carries a dual mission, namely creating positive social impact and achieving adequate economic performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management approaches adopted by social entrepreneurship organizations in integrating economic objectives with social impact for society. The method employed is a literature review that examines relevant scholarly sources. The findings indicate that the success of social entrepreneurship organizations largely depends on management’s ability to balance these dual objectives through structured and integrated strategies. The main conclusion of this study is that the application of management principles tailored to the characteristics of social entrepreneurship organizations enables synergy between economic activities and the achievement of social impact. This study contributes to the advancement of knowledge in the fields of management and social entrepreneurship and provides practical guidance for entrepreneurs and stakeholders engaged in the development of social entrepreneurship organizations.
