Employee Performance Development Through Work Ability, Motivation, and Leadership

Every company should be aware that the most important asset is human assets, namely employees. The company's target can be achieved with the active role of this asset. how to empower these assets is a challenge for companies. This study is to understand the contribution of ability, motivation, and form of leadership to shape employee performance. Regression analysis involved 100 respondents as data sources. The findings demonstrated that all independent variables had the potential could contribute to employee performance. There is another thing, namely motivation also has a role in shaping performance and employees and that also happens to the leadership variable. Among the three independent variables, motivation has a dominant role in shaping employee performance.
