Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 has had various impacts on people's lives, one of which is in the family sector. Family includes the most basic beginnings of character formation. The attitude toward educating children in a family is very influential in their future lives. Families must be ready and able to face the challenges of the times. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has a great influence on families. Therefore, this study aims to explore the use of technology based on Islamic values and Muslim family life. This research will use a literature study approach as a methodological framework to understand the implications of technology use in the daily lives of Muslim families. The analysis shows that the impact of technology can be felt in social interactions between family members and in spiritual life. Parents have a crucial role in managing and monitoring their children's technology use by managing usage time, monitoring content, providing religious education, setting a good example, and building open communication. Online media and digital platforms can strengthen family bonds and support religious practices.
