Innovation Culture That Balances Technological Speed with the Depth of Humanistic Thought
Keywords:

The rapid technological developments of recent decades have fundamentally transformed organizational landscapes and human work practices. Emerging technologies offer convenience and efficiency, yet they also generate new challenges that require deeper understanding of human dimensions. An innovation culture that focuses solely on the speed of technological adoption often neglects values and perspectives rooted in the humanities. This study aims to examine how to build an innovation culture that balances technological advancement with the depth of humanistic thought. The method employed is a literature review that collects and analyzes relevant scholarly sources. The findings indicate that achieving balance between these two aspects is essential for creating innovations that are not only advanced and quickly implemented but also meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with human needs and values. The main conclusion of this study is that a balanced innovation culture requires the integration of technical approaches and humanistic perspectives at every stage of the innovation process. This study contributes to the development of innovation management theory and provides practical guidance for organizations in fostering innovation cultures that are sustainable and oriented toward human well-being.
