The shift from face-to-face work systems to remote work has become an increasingly widespread phenomenon in modern organizational settings. This transformation is driven by advances in information and communication technology as well as the need to create flexibility in task execution. This study aims to synthesize research findings on how changes in work patterns affect various aspects of organizational behavior, including emerging challenges and adaptation strategies developed by individuals and organizations. The method employed is a literature review that collects and critically examines relevant scholarly sources. The findings indicate that remote work generates significant changes in task dynamics, influences employee psychological well-being, and alters patterns of interaction and social relationships among organizational members. The main conclusion of this study is that the effectiveness of remote work and its impact depend heavily on the ability of individuals and organizations to develop adaptation strategies suited to the characteristics of the new work environment. This study contributes to the advancement of knowledge in organizational behavior and human resource management and provides practical guidance for organizations in designing work systems that support employee performance and well-being optimally.
