Abstract

The rapid advancement of blockchain technology has led to its implementation across various sectors, including human resource management (HR). The integration of blockchain in the management of employee data presents significant opportunities for enhancing transparency and security. By utilizing a decentralized and encrypted framework, blockchain offers an effective means of safeguarding sensitive employee information. This article explores the application of blockchain technology within HR management to ensure the security and accuracy of data. Additionally, challenges associated with costs, employee training, and regulatory compliance pose substantial concerns for the successful adoption of this technology. The utilization of blockchain is anticipated to mitigate the risks of data misuse, enhance the efficiency of HR practices, and foster a more equitable and trustworthy system. Nevertheless, a meticulous approach is essential to address potential obstacles, ensuring that this technology yields optimal benefits for both organizations and their employees.
