The Society's Response to The Intentions of Studying The Islamic Religious Education Program

This research provides an overview of the public's response to interest in taking the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program in Indonesia. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this study identifies a number of factors that influence people's interest, including labor market demand and the need for Islamic religious education. An in-depth analysis was carried out on the community's response to aspects of the quality, relevance and benefits of the PAI study program. The research results reveal complex dynamics between education, the job market, and community needs in the context of Islamic religious education. This research not only provides a deeper understanding of how society responds to the PAI study program, but also provides important insights for developing educational policies and improving the quality of Islamic religious education in Indonesia. By understanding society's perceptions and attitudes towards PAI, this research provides a strong basis for improving and adapting curriculum and teaching strategies to better suit society's needs and expectations.
