Abstract

Employee performance is a contribution to the development of the company. This is seen as the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. Companies need to know the determinants of forming employee performance. This study aims to determine the role of quality of work life and leadership on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees, amounting to 87 people. The method used in determining the sample is a non-probability sampling method in which there is a saturated sampling method. Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the better the quality of work life and leadership will improve employee performance.
