Curbing online gambling through criminal law enforcement is an important issue in the face of the development of information and communication technology. This article analyzes the social, economic, and psychological impacts of online gambling as well as challenges in law enforcement against it. The research method uses an empirical approach with data collection techniques through literature research and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that online gambling crimes pose various challenges, including difficulties in evidence collection and the involvement of law enforcement officers. Factors such as the popularity of online gambling, ease of access, and perceived safety also influence the increase in online gambling practices. However, obstacles in law enforcement include the prevalence of gambling practices, support from certain elements, and a lack of legal awareness in the community. An integrated approach is needed in addressing the problem of online gambling, including increasing the capacity of law enforcement officials and providing adequate facilities.
