Abstract

Juvenile delinquency and promiscuity threaten adolescent health and future life trajectories requiring systematic prevention strategies. This study constructs a conceptual framework for integrated prevention involving families, schools, communities, and adolescents themselves. A systematic literature review method was applied following established qualitative research procedures. Family capacity strengthening through positive parenting programs and open communication serves as the primary prevention foundation. Schools as secondary environments contribute through positive climate, character education, and accessible counseling services. Comprehensive reproductive health education starting from early childhood with age appropriate materials reduces risk behaviors. Life skills training including emotion regulation, problem solving, assertive communication, and critical thinking protects adolescents. Communities provide safe public spaces and youth empowerment programs in local neighborhoods. Restorative justice approaches for minor offenses produce better outcomes than punitive incarceration. Digital literacy education protects adolescents from online risks through understanding privacy and grooming tactics. Adolescent involvement as peer educators and program designers increases relevance and message acceptance. Prevention programs require long term sustainability and adaptation to changing technology and behavioral trends. Access disparities and cultural differences necessitate local adaptation without abandoning core protective principles.
